Upgrades on individual items are available. We can also put together larger packages if needed. These are set packages. The services listed cannot be substituted or removed. (Sorry, but this is necessary to obtain low-priced "buy-in" from our partnering vendors.)

Reserve The Millsap-Baker Estate for your wedding -- days, months, or even years in advance to lock-in our current pricing. Only $500 is due at contract signing to reserve your date, half no less than 4 months prior, and the remainder no less than 2 months prior to your event.

  Complete wedding packages include the use of all pubic areas of the manor house and grounds for you and your guests the day of the wedding (10am - 11pm) and four bedroom accommodations for both the night before and the night after your wedding.
  These packages include full reservation of the Manor House and the estate the afternoon before the wedding day. This provides additional time for decorating and convenience for the bridal party - they can drop off clothes and other items in preparation for the big day - you can also make use of this time for a Bride's Slumber Party, Bachelor's Party, or "out of town" guest accommodations (3 bedrooms + 1 suite - sleeping 8 total, additional sleeping space available).
  The Millsap-Baker Estate does not schedule any other events when weddings are booked or when the manor house is reserved for accommodations; therefore the estate and manor house is truly the bride's private sanctuary for family, guests, and the bridal party for as long as she chooses.

Parties, Events, and Meetings
The Millsap-Baker Estate and its Manor House are also perfect locations for smaller special events (up to about 30): parties, bridal shoots, or even "regular meetings". (For larger events, please see the above sections on Wedding Packages and Reception Venues.) From wedding related events (Engagement Parties, Bridal Showers, Rehearsals, Bride's Dinners, Bridal Photo Shoots, etc.) to more general celebrations (family reunions, club/social events, anniversary or retirement parties, picnics, Christmas parties, etc.) we are ready to make your day special, and its memories last a life time.

Party/Event Package, includes:
  • Use of estate grounds
       - chair rental, setup, and takedown available, $3 each
       - table rental, setup, and takedown also available, $10 each
  • Choice of outside areas
       - many to choose from, to personally satisfy your tastes and space requirements
  • Use of the Manor House, first floor

Reserve The Millsap-Baker Estate for your special event, up to 30 guests. A non-refundable depost of $400 is required for reservations (this will hold your date!), any remaining balance is due at contract signing prior to event. For weekend events extending after 5pm, the full B&B must also be reserved. Subject to availability.

Short Term Use: $100/hr (4hr minimum)
Recurring Meetings: $50/hr (4hr minimum, 1 meeting advance)
Bridal Photo Shoot: $50/hr (2hr minimum)
