The Manor House
  • Luxuriously restored 19th century Queen Anne Victorian mannor house in Damascus, VA, great for intimate ceremonies of up to about 35 of your closest and dearest friends or parties of about 75
  • Receptions can be held in the drawing room, formal dining room, main dining hall, and/or the 3000 square foot deck with cliff-overlook view - all handicap accessible
The Cliff-Overlook Deck and North Lawn
  • At 3000 sqft, the Cliff-Overlook deck is perhaps the largest private deck in Virginia, and provides level access to the manor house, a scenic mountain view, and 100+ year old female Holly tree rising through the decking) -- an incredible location for your special event.
  • A perfect venue for your bridal party, the cliff-side edge sports a large raised arbor and 19th century church bell -- a wedding bell to ring out your joy.
  • The Cliff Deck is at perfect ground level with the North Lawn (another 6000+ sqft), providing a smooth, continuous area of over 9,000 square feet -- ceremony, reception, party, reunion, and dancing space for well over 400!
The Front Lawn
  • With a beautiful view of the manor house's front porch, working hand-pump well, historic Catalpa tree with love swing, 1870's two-story barn, and an over 100 year old male Holly tree, this landscaped lawn provides a host of scenic options.
  • Whether it is the front lawn or front porch, this venue can host well over 200 guests.
The Glade
  • A cozy glade set among stately hardwoods on the south edge of the estate is a natural amphitheater in the woods for over 300 friends and family
  • Very popular in the summer time, as its heavy shade and open breeze makes the glade feel 20 degrees cooler for a sunny afternoon service.
  • The adjacent South Lawn reception area can host 400+ with ample room for dancing
